Refund & Returns Policy

Quick Take: Digital downloads are generally non-refundable. Apparel is produced by J316 Clothing Co. and may be eligible for size exchanges or defect replacements within the window below.

Digital Products (eBooks, Journals, Prints, Games)

  • All digital sales are final once the file(s) are delivered.
  • We will honor refunds for duplicate charges or confirmed technical delivery issues that cannot be resolved within 7 days of purchase.
  • If you experience trouble accessing a file, please email us—most issues are fixable (link re-send, format guidance, etc.).

Donations

Donations are non-refundable. If a donation was made in error or duplicated, contact us within 7 days and we will review the request.

Apparel (Produced & Fulfilled by J316 Clothing Co.)

  • Defects/Misprints: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with order number and photos; we’ll coordinate a replacement.
  • Size Exchanges: Made-to-order apparel may be eligible for a size exchange within 14 days if unworn/unwashed; additional shipping may apply.
  • Wrong Address/Unclaimed: Re-ship fees may apply.

  2. Include your order #, the email used at checkout, and a brief description. For apparel issues, add clear photos.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.

Exclusions

  • Digital items after successful delivery (except duplicate charge/technical failure we cannot resolve).
  • Buyer’s remorse or subjective preferences (colors, styles) for digital items.
  • Apparel worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
